Trigger Point Treatment Center of Chicago LLC does not bill insurance directly.  You will be provided with a Superbill at the end of each session which you may submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.  

While many insurance companies cover a portion of the treatments, each plan is different, and some may not.  Check with your insurance provider.  

Payment is due at the end of each session.  All major credit cards and most FSA cards are accepted.
